ALWU's Employment Information Survey is now open

Kia ora,

In 2019, we published our inaugural report providing basic information about legal employers that allowed legal workers to compare information about pay and conditions at different legal workplaces. That information had not been available before in that way. In 2020, we ran a second survey to follow up on those findings. We found that members and non-members alike found the report to be helpful. We are excited to run the third survey for 2021. This survey is targeted at lawyers / law clerks. There will be a separate, parallel survey for administrative and support staff, sent out at the same time. As with previous years, this survey is completely anonymous. We will not ask for your name and we will not publish any information that would lead to you being identified, such as demographic information. We may use this information across categories (e.g. Māori legal workers in the public sector).

The survey closes at 5pm on Friday 21 January 2022. We expect to publish the report in mid-February 2022.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about the survey. Thank you for your participation, we really appreciate it!
