This is ALWU's second survey for administrative and support staff in the legal sector. It is open to anyone who is in an administrative or support staff role working in the legal sector (even if you aren't a member of ALWU).
We recognise that very little (and certainly not enough) is being done to support and advocate for you. This survey will help us understand more about what conditions support staff are working in, what their priorities are and will help us plan for future campaigns.
Some of the information will be published and some will be used internally to inform future work. Nothing will be published in a way that identifies any participant. It will be used as a baseline to provide some transparency around the differences in working conditions, but without naming employers.
The survey closes at 5pm on Friday 21 January 2022. We expect to publish the report in mid-February 2022.
